Overview

The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State Plan describes how Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) will implement the provisions of Child Care Development Block Grant and Child Care Development Fund regulations. Beginning 2016, the plan is submitted to the Administration for Children and Families every three years and amended by TWC as necessary.
