OneStar Foundation
Texas is a leader in reducing the obstacles to faith-based and community collaboration. The OneStar Foundation coordinates this effort in Texas. OneStar promotes the nonprofit sector and innovative public-private partnerships to assist community solutions. The OneStar Foundation provides faith-based and community organizations with:
- Assistance in partnering with state agencies
- Resources for procurement, contracts, and grants
- Information on the Interagency Coordinating Group of state agencies and the Texas Nonprofit Council, which are charged with improving the working relationship between faith-based and community organizations and state government

Community Resources
Community Resource Coordination Groups (CRCG) are local interagency groups composed of public and private providers. CRCG members develop individual service plans for local children, youth and adults whose needs can be met only through interagency coordination and cooperation.
